Sensitisation of the senses!

Concerts, art exhibitions, scene readings, theatre, courses on soft skills for personnel, realisation of internal art projects and an IT Company? How does that all fit together? As a company it is important to us, that our personnel can see outside the box and far beyond. With our various projects and art exhibitions we support this level of consciousness. In the broadest sense, the personnel are confronted with culture, whether in various events, or in the stairwell which has become a gallery. Thus, the personnel also become acquainted with new horizons in their daily work life. In choosing the visual, performance and musical arts, the focus is not always on general taste, because the controversial discussion that follows is usually more often the intention of art, and how we can benefit from it.

Occasionally, even borders have to be crossed in the morning soft skill training, where we work in small groups and gather totally new experiences for the team. In regular intervals, the courses become like a special hello-wake-up-hour for our personnel.
