Youth

ScanPlus stands up actively for the encouragement of youth training in the IT industry. Therefore we support the projects ‘e.tage’ from the Stadtjugendring Ulm and ‘Team-Ulm,’ one of the biggest non-profit community portals for young people in southern Germany.

Technical Development

Free software serves the development and perfection of new ideas. It depends on the collaboration and support of many people. With this in mind, ScanPlus supports the Linux-Organisation in order to encourage the advancement of further technical development.

Health

The “Zentrale Knochenmarkspender-Register Deutschland” (ZKRD) (Central Donor Registry of Germany) procures data from nearly three million donors all over Germany and eleven million donors around the world in the search for suitable blood stem cells.

The security and constant availability of this data and the continuous operation of the data bases are extremely vital for the treatment of the people concerned and their donors. ScanPlus supports the work of the ZKRD with the guarantee of a failsafe and reliable operation of their IT-infrastructure.
