Technical background
ScanPlus represents many organizations, associations and cooperatives. For example, Verband der deutschen Internetwirtschaft e.V. "ECO", the DENIC eG (the central registrar for all domains beneath the top level domain .de) and the Réseaux IP Européens - RIPE NCC (ScanPlus-LIR/AS12399).
ScanPlus runs its own, autonomic European Network (AS12399) with private, redundant peering and 50 Points of Presence (PoPs) in Europe are at our customer’s disposal.
